He has coached executives and staff members on how to resolve conflict and create harmonious and effective leadership. He offers a deep, articulate, and precise understanding of how human and cultural dynamics affect organizational performance.

Eliana Baccas

She has led thousands of classes on personal and emotional transformation for groups and individuals, including attorneys, accountants, psychologists and psychiatrists, business owners and managers, and federal government professionals.

With more than 30 years of in-depth study and practice in yoga and meditation, Eliana integrates a deep understanding of Western psychology with the wisdom of Eastern teachings. She has also studied Spiral Dynamics® (SD) (spiraldynamics.org), a set of programs that provide insight on the value systems that cause people to cooperate, collaborate, or have conflicts. In business, SD programs help organizations find optimal management styles for different types of employees.

Eliana’s teaching style invites clients to embody concepts in a way that opens the door to their own self-empowerment, and she has an innate ability to communicate in ways that inspire, educate and create change.
