1. YOGA YATRA

A different kind of Yoga class.   «Yatra», Sanskrit for  inner spiritual journey, invites us to dive into each pose, to explore the landscape of the inner body as we ground ourselves in the substantial life force that underlies all asanas. We will gain inspiration from Victor van Kooten's 1st book, «From Inside Out - a Yoga Notebook from the teachings of Angela (Farmer) and Victor». There's an option to order a book (at additional cost).

8-week CLASSES start October 7 and 8 (no class 11/11)

• Level 1: Tuesdays 6:00 – 7:15 pm
OR Wednesdays 7:15 – 8:30 pm

• Level 2 – Tuesdays, 7:30 – 8:45 p.m.

Cost for either 8 week course: $128, or Drop-in is $20.  Limit – 5 students per class

2. “The Body Wisdom Course”
Learning becomes actual change when we embody the wisdom we gain.

"CHAKRAS ALIVE " An eight week workshop on vibrant living. Learn to awaken, nourish, and embody each of the 7 Chakras, laying the groundwork for a spiritually enlivened existence.

Based in the physical process work of Gestalt therapy and Eastern practices, the Body Wisdom Course heightens body awareness – through creative experiment in expressive movement, yoga, energy work, breath and chakra work, meditation and group process. Learn to love, know and experience your body at a deep core level. Through participation in this training you can expect to experience more flowing creativity, increased mental clarity and spiritual awareness, more peaceful yet vibrant energy in your life, and more!

When: 8 week course, either Tuesdays, starting September 30, 4:15 - 5:45 p.m. (no class 11/11)
OR
Wednesdays, starting October 1.  5:30 – 7:00 pm  
Cost for either 8 week course: $210
